About eeCredentials Courses:

eeCourses provide online, easy-to-access, ongoing professional development opportunities for environmental and outdoor educators. These eeCourses deliver knowledge, tools and skills to teach students more effectively in a variety of settings and across the curriculum.

Each eeCourse has a different focus and objectives designed for environmental educators. Each eeCourse lasts 6-8 weeks, with specific module due dates. eeCourses take approximately 8-12 hours to complete, including reading and/or watching course content and completing course assignments.  The courses are asynchronous, allowing you the opportunity to complete the coursework at your own pace.

The Environmental Justice course will be open from January 29th-March 11th, 2024 (6 weeks).

With support from the EPA, the following eeCourse will be available for FREE, normally valued at $75-$150.  Participants will receive a certificate of completion.  Participants interested in continuing their learning through eeCourses can use this course to work towards an eeCredential (series of 3-4 eeCourses). Completing the course will make your school/organization eligible to apply for a small grant of $500-$1500 to implement a project related to the course topic in your school or educational program.
